No. 777 xp allows strictly one account per person. Multiple accounts — even if registered with different mobile numbers — violate our Terms and Conditions. If we detect duplicate accounts, all accounts will be closed and any balances forfeited. Log in to your 777 xp account and go to Account Settings. From there you can change your password, update your email address and manage notification preferences. Changes to your registered mobile number require identity verification — contact support to initiate this process. Keeping your contact details current is important for account recovery and OTP delivery.

You must be at least 18 years old to register and use 777 xp. This requirement is enforced at registration through date-of-birth capture and may be re-verified at any point via CNIC. Accounts belonging to under-18 users are closed immediately and any deposited funds are returned to the source payment method.

Identity verification via CNIC is required before your first withdrawal above a set threshold. When your account reaches this stage, 777 xp will prompt you to upload a clear image of the front and back of your CNIC. Verification is typically completed the same day. Getting verified early — before you need to withdraw — avoids delays when you want to cash out.

Your remaining balance is returned to your registered withdrawal method. For a temporary break, the cooling-off period tool in Account Settings pauses your account for a period you choose — from 24 hours up to six months — without permanent closure.
Deposits

777 xp supports all major Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Pakistani-issued Visa and Mastercard debit or credit cards. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no deposit fees from 777 xp — your payment provider may apply their standard transfer charges.

The minimum deposit at 777 xp is Rs 200. This low entry point means you can try the platform and explore the betting markets before committing a larger amount. Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits of Rs 200 are processed instantly. There is no maximum deposit limit enforced by 777 xp, though your payment provider may apply their own limits.

Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits land in your 777 xp balance within seconds of confirming the transfer in your wallet app. NayaPay and SadaPay are equally fast. IBFT bank transfers typically arrive within one to two business hours depending on your bank. Visa and Mastercard deposits take a few minutes. If your deposit has not arrived after the expected time, contact support at support@777xp.im with your transaction reference number.

First check your Easypaisa or JazzCash app to confirm whether the transfer was completed or declined on that end. If the payment was deducted from your wallet but has not appeared in your 777 xp account within ten minutes, contact our support team immediately via live chat or at support@777xp.im. Provide your registered mobile number, the amount, the payment method used and any reference number from your wallet app. We will trace the transaction and credit it manually if confirmed.
Withdrawals

Log in to your 777 xp account and go to the Cashier section. Select "Withdraw", choose your preferred method — Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT or bank card — enter the amount and submit. If your withdrawal has been in "Pending" status for more than 24 hours, contact the 777 xp support team with your withdrawal reference number for an update.

Common reasons for withdrawal delays or rejections at 777 xp include: identity verification not yet completed, active bonus wagering requirements not yet met, a mismatch between the withdrawal mobile number and account registration details, or an unverified payment method. When a match is in progress, 777 xp offers live in-play betting — markets that update in real time as events unfold. For cricket, this includes next ball outcomes, current over runs, wicket markets and match result at dynamic odds. To place a live bet, navigate to the live betting section during an active match, select your market, enter your stake in PKR and confirm. Odds can change while you are filling in your bet slip — if odds change before confirmation, you will be shown the new odds and asked to accept.

Winning bets are settled and credited to your PKR balance within minutes of the official result being confirmed by the governing body. If a match is abandoned or cancelled and no official result is declared, all bets on that event are voided and your original stake is returned in full. Yes. 777 xp offers cash-out on eligible markets — both pre-match and in-play. When cash-out is available on one of your active bets, a cash-out button appears on the bet in your "My Bets" section showing the current cash-out value. You can take the offered amount at any time before the bet is settled. The cash-out value reflects the current state of play — if the match is going in your favour, the value will be higher than your stake; if not, it may be less.
