777 xp Terms and Conditions – Please Read Before You Play

1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and 777 xp ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By registering an account or accessing any part of the 777 xp platform at https://777xp.im, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 777 xp platform. Continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of the current Terms, including any updates that may be made from time to time.

These Terms should be read alongside the 777 xp Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and the platform.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account with 777 xp, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 777 xp does not permit gambling by persons under 18. Age verification may be requested at any time and accounts that cannot be verified will be suspended pending review.
• You must be accessing and using the platform as an individual acting in your personal capacity, not as a representative of a business or organisation.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion agreement with 777 xp or any other gambling platform you are aware of.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your location.
• You must not be residing in a jurisdiction where use of the 777 xp platform is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to determine whether use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.

777 xp reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any point and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed. Any winnings accumulated on an ineligible account may be forfeited.

3. Account Registration and Maintenance

3.1 Registration

To use the betting or gaming services at 777 xp, you must register an account. Registration requires a valid mobile number, a password and accurate personal information. You are responsible for ensuring all details provided are truthful, current and complete at all times.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted exactly one 777 xp account. If you have forgotten your login credentials, use the account recovery function rather than opening a new account. Operating multiple accounts — even under different names or payment methods — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials. 777 xp will never ask you for your password. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately. All bets and transactions placed from your account are your responsibility, regardless of whether they were placed by you personally.

3.4 Account Verification

777 xp may request identity verification documents at any time — including but not limited to a copy of your CNIC, proof of address, or confirmation of payment method ownership. Withdrawals may be held pending verification. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension.

4. Deposits

777 xp accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods:

• The minimum deposit is Rs 200. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and may be adjusted based on account verification status.
• Deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay are credited to your 777 xp balance immediately upon confirmed payment.
• IBFT transfers are credited within one to two business hours following bank confirmation.
• Deposits may only be made from payment accounts or cards registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• 777 xp does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges — these are not within our control.
• Any deposit that cannot be attributed to a verified account will be held and may be returned to source pending investigation.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at 777 xp are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500.

5.1 Processing Times

• Easypaisa / JazzCash / NayaPay / SadaPay: Typically under 5 minutes once approved.
• IBFT Bank Transfer: One to three business days depending on your bank.
• Visa / Mastercard: Three to five business days depending on your issuing bank.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• Accounts must pass any outstanding identity verification steps before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Balances derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all associated wagering requirements have been satisfied.
• 777 xp reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before approving withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or accounts that have not withdrawn previously.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts belonging to the registered account holder. No withdrawals to third-party accounts will be authorised under any circumstances.

6. Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports and esports bets placed at 777 xp. Sport-specific rules are available within the relevant section of the platform.

6.1 Placing Bets

• Bets are accepted only from registered, verified and funded accounts. You may not bet with funds that are pending clearance from a deposit.
• The minimum stake for a single sports bet is Rs 100. Maximum stakes vary by sport, market type and event, and may be adjusted by 777 xp at any time without prior notice.
• Once a bet is confirmed and a bet ID has been issued, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. Check your selections carefully before confirming.
• 777 xp reserves the right to refuse, void or limit any bet at its discretion — particularly where it suspects manipulation, collusion or irregular betting patterns.

6.2 Odds and Market Changes

Odds displayed on 777 xp are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds applied to your bet are those displayed at the exact moment of confirmation — not at the time you added the selection to your slip. For live in-play markets, odds may shift significantly between selection and confirmation. Always review the confirmed odds on your bet receipt before proceeding.

6.3 Match Postponement and Cancellation

• If a match is postponed and not played within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time, all bets on that match will be voided and stakes refunded.
• If a match is abandoned before completion, settlement rules depend on the sport and the market type. Markets with sufficient play to determine a result may be settled; others will be voided.
• In cricket, matches interrupted by weather and resulting in a Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) revised target are settled on the official result. Markets on specific overs that were not bowled will be voided and stakes returned.

7. Bet Settlement

Bets at 777 xp are settled as soon as the official result of the relevant event is confirmed by the governing body or official broadcast. For most events this means settlement within minutes of the final result.

• Settlement is based on the official result at the time the event concludes, including any extra time, super overs, penalty shootouts or other tiebreakers as specified by the rules of the relevant competition.
• If a result is later officially revised — for example, a disqualification or points deduction applied after the event — 777 xp will re-settle affected markets in line with the revised official result where the revision occurs within 48 hours of original settlement.
• If there is any ambiguity in the official result, 777 xp will make a determination based on the best available information and inform affected players.
• Settlement errors — such as bets paid out incorrectly due to a system error or data feed fault — will be corrected as soon as the error is identified, regardless of whether the player has withdrawn the funds. Players must not use funds that they reasonably know to be the result of a settlement error.

8. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

777 xp offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the point of the offer, in addition to these general terms.

8.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are awarded at 777 xp's discretion and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice, except for bonuses that have already been activated by an eligible player.
• Bonuses are for personal use only. They may not be transferred, exchanged or shared with other players.
• Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household and per payment method, unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirements have been completed.
• When a player holds both real-money and bonus funds, bets are typically deducted from real-money funds first. Specific promotion terms may vary — check the offer page.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds at 777 xp are subject to a wagering requirement of between 10x and 30x the bonus amount (the specific multiplier will be stated in the offer). Only bets placed on qualifying sports or casino markets at the minimum odds stated in the offer terms contribute towards the wagering requirement. Bets placed on both sides of a market (arbitrage) or on excluded markets do not count.

8.3 Welcome Bonus Specific Terms

The 777 xp sports welcome bonus offers a 100% match on the first qualifying deposit, up to a maximum stated in the active offer. The deposit must be the first real-money deposit to the account. 9. Casino, Slots and Live Games

The 777 xp casino section includes live dealer games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Teen Patti), jackpot slots, table games and other game titles. The following rules apply across all casino products:

• All casino games at 777 xp use certified random number generation (RNG) or live dealer formats. Game outcomes are not influenced by the platform.
• The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each slot title is published by the game provider and available within the game's information panel.
• Live casino sessions are recorded. In the event of a dispute about a live game outcome, the recording will be reviewed and the result confirmed against the official recording.
• In the unlikely event of a technical failure during a game — such as a disconnection, server error or game crash — the round is settled based on the game state recorded on the server at the point of failure, not the player's local view.

10. Responsible Gaming

11. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute a breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your 777 xp account, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Opening or using more than one account on 777 xp.
• Providing false, misleading or unverifiable personal information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform while under the age of 18 or while subject to a self-exclusion agreement.
• Attempting to exploit bonus offers in a way not consistent with normal recreational betting — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, placing bets solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or coordinating with other players to do so.
• Placing bets on both sides of a market using separate accounts (arbitrage abuse).
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with the 777 xp platform in any way.
• Using insider information or engaging in match fixing. Any suspicion of involvement in corrupt activity will be reported to the relevant sporting body and authorities.
• Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes for bets that were legitimately placed and settled. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in account closure and legal action.
• Any form of collusion with other players in live casino games or any game involving multiple participants.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

• 777 xp shall not be liable for any losses arising from temporary platform unavailability, data feed errors, game provider outages or events beyond our reasonable control.
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or financial losses arising from your use of the platform beyond the amount of funds in your account at the time of the relevant event.
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your 777 xp account at the time the claim arises.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

14. Changes to These Terms

777 xp reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or via a prominent notice on the platform, with a minimum of seven days' notice before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the 777 xp platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date.
